Polly Turner
Polly Turner has studied with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche since 1995. She served for six years as Ligmincha’s director of communications and for another six as primary meditation practice leader for Ligmincha’s Charlottesville, Virginia, sangha. Since 1992 Polly has earned her living as a writer, ghostwriter and editor. She is editor of Rinpoche’s books Tibetan Yogas of Body, Speech and Mind and The True Source of Healing, and currently serves as co-director of his CyberSangha program. Since 2010 she has continuously worked closely with Rinpoche in assisting with his online workshops. A graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Philadelphia College of Art, Polly taught art for four years and continues to enjoy showing and selling her paintings, drawings and photographs. She lives by the ocean in South Carolina with her husband, Richard.
